This online training section takes approximately 6 hours to complete. You can complete it at your own pace, at times that are convenient for you, and it does not need to be finished in one sitting.

Learn First Response provides structured first aid training designed to help individuals and organisations gain essential emergency response knowledge. This online component allows you to build a strong theoretical foundation before attending the practical hands-on training session.

Each section includes multiple-choice knowledge checks to help reinforce your understanding. These must be completed successfully before moving to the next topic. If needed, tests can be retaken at any time.

The system will remember your progress, allowing you to continue the course whenever you return.

This course is designed to complement our practical first aid training programmes. While the online training provides the theoretical knowledge required to understand emergency response procedures, it does not replace the practical training component, which is essential for developing real-world skills.

Upon successful completion of both the online learning and the practical training session, participants will receive a recognised first aid certification.

To maintain confidence and competence in life-saving skills, annual refresher training is strongly recommended.
